- Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- Contain any material that constitutes unauthorized advertising or harassment (including but not limited to spamming), or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, that give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation.
The Members are individually responsible for the legality of the content. Eu2Eu reserves the right to inspect and to cancel the notice, if it violates the law or this Agreement.
Under this agreement, unless authorized by Eu2Eu, each user agrees that data shall not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on or through this site to resold or re-distribution of content Eu2Eu , mass-mail (via emails, wireless text messages, physical mail or otherwise), operating a business that competes with Eu2Eu or other commercial exploitation of the content .
Eu2Eu is the sole owner of all rights to site and the content. Eu2Eu site and the data embody trade secret and intellectual property rights protected under worldwide copyright and other laws. These, and all other rights not specified in this agreement are reserved.
